Roadmap

What is already real, what we are shaping now, and what comes next.

Uniicco is being rebuilt in layers. The goal is not to promise everything at once. It is to make each layer trustworthy before the next one gets added.

Current focus
Stabilize the core and raise the quality bar.
Build style
Module by module, not chaos by chaos.
Status lane
Shipped
Server-first auth with Google and email sign-in
Protected app shell and working dashboard creation flow
Daily workspace with habits, tasks, goals, notes, lists, counters, and customization
Full marketing redesign with new landing, features, pricing, and footer
Status lane
Active Now
Polishing public onboarding and tightening brand consistency
Hardening the dashboard and daily experience for real user use
Reducing rough edges in interactions, layout, and responsive behavior
Making every visible page feel intentional instead of scaffold-like
Status lane
Next Up
Bring Words to the same quality bar as Daily
Turn Matrix into a real strategic map instead of a placeholder
Deepen Archive into a serious research layer
Add clearer cross-links between modules so the system feels even more unified
Phases

The rebuild has a sequence on purpose.

Phase 01

Foundation locked in

Auth, routing, database shape, and the first real modules are in place. This is the part that makes the rest of the product possible.

Phase 02

Experience polish

The current push is about smoothing public pages, app flows, and the feel of everyday use so Uniicco stops reading like a rebuild and starts reading like a product.

Phase 03

System expansion

Once the core feels dependable, the deeper layers get the same treatment: Words, Matrix, Archive, richer automation, and stronger module links.

Release Rules

The roadmap only matters if the rules stay intact.

Ship by module, not by random bursts of unrelated UI.

Never trade auth, schema, or navigation stability for short-term novelty.

Let each public page explain progress clearly so people trust the direction.

Outcome

Every shipped layer should make Uniicco feel more inevitable.

The roadmap is not there to inflate the app. It is there to make sure each release strengthens the feeling that this is one coherent operating system.
